FILE UPLOAD
Most accounting programs are too bulky these days to go by email, and email is not a secure way to send your accounting data. We have an FTP server which is setup exclusively for our clients to send us accounting data files.
In order to connect to the FTP server, you require an FTP client. From within the client, you need to enter the hostname, ftp.gilmour.ca, and the username and password that we issue for you.
If you do not already have an FTP client, you can download one for free:
Filezilla - for Windows (all versions), Linux, and OS X (10.5 or newer)
Cyberduck - for OS X (10.4 or newer)
